– 2/3 cup Roasted whole almonds, chopped
– 1 cup Grapes, cut in half
– 1 cup Red bell pepper, diced
– 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
– 1 ea Lemon, zested and juiced
– 1 cup Diced grilled chicken (optional)
Directions
- Cook Yakisoba in the boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Make dressing with mayonnaise, curry sauce and zest and juice of lemons.
- Mix all ingredients, season with salt or more lemon if needed.
